Carmen Mendoza

Carmen Mendoza is a meditation and mindfulness expert who has worked with organizations such as IBM, General Electric, and Bank of America.

As a software developer and electronics engineer turned yoga instructor, she now guides stressed-out entrepreneurs and business owners regain calm and clarity so they can focus on productivity and profits and become more fully present.

Carmen has been meditating for more than three decades every day anywhere from 30 minutes to four hours a day.

She is that rare individual who can meditate like a monk while still enjoying a full-time career and raising a successful son who is a soon-to-be-married guitar-playing software engineer for Apple.

With more than 1,800 hours of training, she has been a yoga instructor for better than a decade and is certified as a mindset coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Working through her challenges has given her the wisdom to help her high-achieving clients deal with stress and insomnia, overcome negative thinking, and even heal rifts within families.

When she’s not changing lives, you can find her hiking, writing love poems, and walking the beach at night in California where she lives with her cat Tigger.
